Another Thursday, another TBT. And another week, another throwback to one amazing Jordan. This week we wanna finish what we started: The iconic Best Hand in the Game pack! Nope, it ain’t the Varsity Red from last year, but you’re close. It’s a red pair. The final shoe from the pack is the Jordan 1 Track Red.
The Jordan 1 Track Red: A Blast from the Past
As your sneakerhead should already know, this collection honored Michael Jordan’s biggest career achievements by way of four new takes on the legendary Air Jordsn 1. We already covered all other kicks from this awesome pack: The Yellow Ochre, Blue Moon, and Clay Green. And now it’s this hot pair’s turn. The Jordan 1 Track Red was a show-stopper back when it dropped in 2018. Ahhh! What a memorable year for them Jordans. Three years later and it still takes our breathe away.
Another Hit Red, Black, and White Pair
These shoes came in a Summit White, Track Red, and Black color blocking. And just like all other kicks from this pack, this colorway is also another twist of the “Black Toe” Retro OG. The Track Red featured a white and black upper. Red suede overlays adorn the shoe hitting the heel, Swoosh, and collar. Sock liners and lacing system and nylon tongues also arrive in black, keeping the pair on the subtle side. A clean white midsole highlighted with a red tread elevates this gorgeous design. To top it off in the coolest way, a six-of-a-kind hand is printed on the right insole of the pair. This is to pay homage to Jordan’s 6 championships.
2018 Release Details: Some Colors are Always On Fire
The Jordan 1 Track Red dropped in May of 2018 for $160. The pair was only available at select Jordan Brand retailers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacifc, and Latin.
Black and Red Jordans are life. They give so much OG vibes and we just love that. Sneakerheads are gonna be head over kicks for this pair, especially that the price is the usual AJ1 range we’re used to. The Jordan 1 Track Red is for $534 on the resale market right now. These are the kind of kicks you need in your life, fam. Such sneakers will usually have a high resale value just like the Air Jordan 1 Bred and Air Jordan 1 Chicago. Whether you wanna flex or flip, you should know that these kind of Jordans are definitely worth the investment! But who know? Maybe sneaker botting is not for you. And if you’re sure it is, then make sure you choose the right bot, and good luck with the next drop peeps!
